In July of 1990, Richard Rumpf established Rumpf Associates International (RAI), dedicated to assisting domestic and overseas companies in expanding their operations and improving their financial soundness.   In today's climate of decreasing corporate and federal spending, the expertise of RAIs cadre of associates has been especially effective in assisting our clients to solve complex problems, develop strategic and marketing plans, deal effectively with the defense acquisition process, and develop products and markets.
