Richard L. Rumpf
Mr. Rumpf is a recognized expert in military (especially U.S. Navy) research, advanced technologies, and defense acquisition policy and procedures. After the completion of his career in the US Navy's office of the Assistant Secretary for Research, Engineering, and Systems, Mr. Rumpf founded RAI and serves as its President and Chief Executive Officer. As Acting ASN (RE&S), Mr. Rumpf managed $9 billion of annual RDT&E resources for the US Navy. He developed, planned and approved major acquisition programs acting as Acquisition Executive. Mr. Rumpf initiated several international cooperative development programs. In addition to providing support for his RAI clients, Mr. Rumpf served on several Navy Research Advisory Committee (NRAC) studies and Defense Science Board (DSB) studies in 1997-1998, and was appointed to the NRACs Standing Panel of Associates in February 1999. He
served as a Trustee of the Association for Unmanned Vehicles Systems International and is Chairman Emeritus of the Precision Strike Association.
Jean L. Millick
Ms. Millick has over fifteen years experience in strategic planning, program management, advanced manufacturing technology, logistics, and business development. She has provided technical and engineering support to the OSD, Navy/ONR, Marine Corps, DLA, and DoE programs; and has supported DoD acquisition program offices for joint Service and international cooperative programs. |
